My current work focuses on the culture and politics of “THE BODY,” what we do with and for the form, and the narrow gaze through which our culture views bodies. Recent politics has given me a new urgency, and what I thought was obvious seems not to be. Strength and beauty are common themes, and the joy and fun of creating penis door knockers simply cannot be underestimated. I am an artist and a co-founder of the Molokai Arts Center (MAC), I have lived on Molokai since 2006.
